RFPs RFQs Sales

Starting July 6 many City offices will reopen to the public. Others will continue to operate in a more hybrid style. PHDC will continue to provide services by remote features, internet or phone. Where necessary, in person meetings by appointment are available.

Through the Competitive Sales process, through the Request For Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) processes, PHDC works with our public, private and nonprofit partners to help make Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and communities better block by block.
