PHDC supports programs to help Philadelphians with home repairs. These programs prevent homelessness, keep residents in their homes, and strengthen communities. All programs require applicants to meet income guidelines. To see how PHDC’s Home Improvement Programs are impacting the city, check out PHDC At A Glance.

In addition to programs offered by PHDC, weatherization assistance is offered by the Energy Coordinating Agency. For more information call 215-609-1076 or go to ecasavesenergy.org and select Save Energy and then Conservation.
