PHDC supports programs to help Philadelphians with home repairs. These programs prevent homelessness, keep residents in their homes, and strengthen communities. Restore Repair Renew
RRR helps Philadelphia homeowners access low-interest loans to invest
in their properties. Lenders offer 10-year, 3% fixed APR loans that range from $2,500 to $24,999 .
