Discover the keys to successful homeownership at our Turn The Key Housing Counseling Orientation sessions at the 2023 PHDC Housing Fair. PHDC will conduct housing counseling orientations for individuals who have registered for one of three sessions. While attending the housing counseling orientations, you will have the opportunity to “Meet the Lenders.” Three Turn The Key approved lending institutions will give you valuable insights about mortgage options, financing strategies, and navigating the homebuying process. Only one person/one household per session.
