Expiring garden agreements from 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2022 are automatically extended for 12 months.
Properties in public inventory can be repurposed for many uses. Public land can become a side or rear yard, a community garden, a community facility, an affordable housing development. It can support new and expanded businesses or be used for development assemblage. PHDC’s goal is to turn vacant land into an asset for the neighborhood and its residents. For any land questions or to reach the Philadelphia Land Bank, please call: 215-448-3034 or email: land@phdc.phila.gov.
