PHDC supports programs to help Philadelphians with home repairs. These programs prevent homelessness, keep residents in their homes, and strengthen communities. Basic Systems Repair Program (BSRP)
BSRP provides electrical, plumbing, heating, structural and roofing repairs
for low-income homeowners in Philadelphia.
Adaptive Modifications Program
(AMP)
AMP helps low-income individuals with permanent physical disabilities live more independently in their homes by making adaptations to a house or apartment.
Heater Hotline
This program makes emergency repairs to heaters. It is run by the Energy Coordinating Agency and supported by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD)
Restore Repair Renew
RRR helps Philadelphia homeowners access low-interest loans to invest
in their properties. Lenders are offering 10-year, 3% fixed APR loans that range from $2,500 to $24,999 to eligible homeowners..
