Thank you for your interest in the FreshStartPHL program. The enrollment period for FreshStartPHL move-in assistance is now closed. We will continue to review submitted applications and will pay approved applications until funds are exhausted.  If you have submitted an application and are seeking an update, please allow time for your Financial Specialist to complete reviews and send status notifications. If you need help submitting your documents, your local Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) is ready and willing to assist. Because of the volume of intake forms and applications, if your application is approved, payments may take up to three to four weeks.
