PHDC’s home repair programs are limited to low- and moderate-income households:

  • Adaptive Modifications (AMP), Disaster Recovery, and Resilience Program (DRRP), Eviction Diversion, and Tangled Title programs – 80%
  • Basic Systems Repair (BSRP), and Philly First Home – 100%
  • Built To Last programs – 60%
  • Restore Repair Renew program (RRR) – 120%
  • Turn The Key (TTK) uses PHFA 2025 LIHTC Income and Rent Limits (effective 4/1/2025) (2026 guidelines available soon) Click here for details
  • Workforce Renter Assistance Program (WRAP) – 120%

Philadelphia’s
Foreclosure Prevention Program, and housing counseling services
are open to all Philadelphia residents regardless of income.
