One Philly Mortgage

To expand access to homeownership, the City of Philadelphia will be launching One Philly Mortgage. One Philly Mortgage is designed to help low and moderate-income Philadelphians become first-time homeowners by lowering monthly payments through partnerships with local lenders. A portion of the interest will be paid by public funds, and the borrower does not pay mortgage insurance.

The program includes pre and post-purchase counseling support through City-funded housing counseling agencies to help homeowners succeed long term.
